Precast Industry
The “precast industry” is a catch-all name for manufacturers of concrete elements. These elements are transported from the factory to the construction site where they are assembled. Constructive pioneered the import and supply of designated systems for the prefab industry in Israel and remains a leader in this field today, constantly improving and updating its product portfolio, with a constant emphasis on quality and safety.
Systems for lifting and conveying prefab elements after casting. All systems are manufactured according to, and in compliance with, the European codes, requirements, and safety standards.
Systems for future fixing and connecting of prefab elements installed prior to casting, manufactured according to, and in compliance with, European requirements and safety standards.
A variety of methods for extending rebar – for predefined casting stops (male + female), extending protruding rebar ends (shear screw connector), changing diameter, and so on. Manufactured according to American safety standards and requirements, which include resistance to dynamic and seismic forces (earthquakes).
Profiles, blocks, and accessories which connect to tables (formworks) using magnets, thereby preventing damage to the panels (perforation and welding), and facilitating easy positioning and reuse of the formwork and the magnet.
A variety of concrete and plastic solutions to establish the necessary cover for rebar and reinforcement mesh. Purpose-made spacers for walls, columns, beams, floors, and special solutions, such as pipes, tunnels, and piling.
Fiberglass connectors for sandwich panels preventing thermal bridges in walls (concrete-polystyrene-concrete).
Reusable or single-use liners that are attached to the formwork pre-casting in order to prepare designs on exposed concrete surfaces. Various designs and shapes are available, as well as custom-made options.
